This Privacy Policy describes how JETPROXY LTD, a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales under company number 17181429, with its registered office situated in England and Wales ("Jetproxy", "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal data when you access or use our residential proxy platform at jetproxy.io (the "Platform"). We act as the controller for account, billing, support, security, and compliance data we process, and this Policy is intended to align with the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and other applicable privacy laws where relevant.
Account and Identity Data: When you register, we collect your email address, password hash, account settings, authentication data, and, where risk-based verification is required, identity, company, use-case, or compliance information you provide. If you sign up through a third-party provider such as Google, we may receive your name, email, and profile identifiers from that provider.
Payment and Transaction Data: When you purchase a Subscription Plan, payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers. We store transaction identifiers, invoice data, amounts, currencies, crypto wallet or network references where relevant, refund records, chargeback records, and accounting information necessary for billing, tax, fraud prevention, and dispute handling.
Platform and Technical Data: We may collect dashboard access logs, device and browser information, IP addresses used to access the Platform, cookie identifiers, pages viewed on our website, session events, API activity, security events, usage totals, and similar analytics or operational data needed to run and secure the Platform.
Communication, Support, and Abuse Data: If you contact support, use Telegram or chat, submit documents, respond to a compliance request, or are the subject of an abuse report, we may store messages, email addresses, attachments, screenshots, support metadata, abuse reports, investigation notes, and related records.
To create and manage your Account, authenticate users, provide proxy credentials, operate the dashboard and API, deliver support, and perform our contract with you.
To process payments, issue invoices, route payments through authorized payment collection arrangements where applicable, calculate referral rewards, handle refunds, reconcile crypto payments, manage taxes and accounting, investigate chargebacks, and keep legally required business records.
To send service-related notifications, including security alerts, billing confirmations, downtime notices, compliance requests, policy updates, and important operational messages.
To detect, prevent, investigate, and respond to fraud, abuse, credential compromise, sanctions risk, payment risk, prohibited use, security incidents, legal requests, and activity that may harm the Platform, suppliers, payment processors, users, or third parties.
Contractual Necessity: We process data where necessary to create your Account, provide the Services, manage plans, deliver support, process payments, and enforce the Terms of Service.
Legitimate Interest and Legal Obligation: We process data to secure the Platform, prevent fraud and abuse, investigate complaints, protect IP pools and suppliers, defend legal claims, keep business records, comply with tax, accounting, sanctions, AML, court, regulator, and law-enforcement obligations, and improve the Services.
Consent: We rely on consent for optional marketing, certain cookies, and other processing where consent is required. You may withdraw consent at any time, but we may continue processing where another lawful basis applies or where processing is necessary to provide or protect the Services.
We do not monitor or store full browsing activity by default, and we do not build a routine history of the websites you visit or the page-level actions you perform through proxy connections.
However, we may process operational, security, billing, usage, support, and abuse-related metadata necessary to run the Platform, calculate traffic, troubleshoot issues, prevent misuse, respond to complaints, comply with law, and protect Jetproxy, users, suppliers, payment processors, and third parties. Upstream providers, target websites, networks, browsers, or third-party tools may process their own logs under their own policies.
We may share data with hosting and infrastructure providers, database and security providers, upstream proxy suppliers, payment processors, analytics and cookie providers, email and communication tools, KYC or compliance vendors, professional advisers, auditors, insurers, acquirers or successor entities, and authorities, regulators, law-enforcement bodies, affected networks, rights holders, or abuse complainants where required or reasonably necessary.
We do not sell your personal information. Where data is transferred outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, we use appropriate safeguards where required, such as adequacy decisions, contractual protections, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
Right of Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Right to Rectification: You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
Right to Erasure, Restriction, and Objection: You may request deletion, restriction, or object to certain processing, subject to our legal, contractual, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, tax, and dispute-retention obligations.
Right to Portability and Consent Withdrawal: Where applicable, you may request data in a structured, machine-readable format and withdraw consent for processing based on consent.
To exercise your rights, contact hello@jetproxy.io. We may ask for information to verify your identity and will respond within one month unless a lawful extension applies. If you are in the United Kingdom, you may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security audits.
However, no method of data transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you use the Platform at your own risk.
We retain personal data for as long as your Account is active, for as long as needed to provide the Services, and for longer where required for tax, accounting, legal, security, fraud-prevention, abuse-investigation, chargeback, compliance, or dispute purposes. Billing and business records may normally be retained for up to six years where required or appropriate.
Support records, abuse reports, security logs, and operational records may be retained for the period reasonably necessary to protect the Platform, respond to complaints, and defend legal claims. KYC or compliance records may be retained for the period required by law, payment processors, or legitimate compliance needs. Anonymized and aggregated data may be retained indefinitely.
The Platform is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover that a minor has provided personal data, we will delete it immediately.
We may use necessary, preference, analytics, security, and marketing cookies or similar technologies. Where required, optional cookies are used with consent and may be managed through browser settings or any consent tool made available on the Platform.
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. The revised version takes effect upon publication on the Platform. For privacy questions, rights requests, or complaints, contact hello@jetproxy.io or support@jetproxy.io.
