Refund Policy

At JETPROXY LTD (company number 17181429), we aim to provide a reliable and transparent residential proxy service while protecting the Platform from abuse, payment risk, and supplier limitations. This Refund Policy, together with the Terms of Service, explains when refunds, service credits, or replacement traffic may be granted. Please read it before purchasing, because proxy access is a digital service that may begin immediately after payment or allocation.

1. Dispute Resolution

If you have any issue related to billing, service quality, traffic allocation, payment status, or your Account, contact support@jetproxy.io before requesting a refund or opening a payment dispute. We will work with you in good faith and may offer troubleshooting, replacement traffic, service credit, partial refund, or another commercially reasonable remedy where appropriate.

For security, fraud-prevention, compliance, and dispute-resolution purposes, support conversations, Telegram messages, emails, screenshots, transaction identifiers, and related communications may be recorded and reviewed.

2. Refund-Eligible Scenarios

A duplicate unintentional payment was charged for the same Subscription Plan.

A double purchase of the same plan occurred, and you have not started using the second one.

The Platform was unavailable for a prolonged period exceeding any uptime commitment expressly described in our service documentation, and the issue was caused by Jetproxy rather than your software, configuration, target website, payment provider, upstream provider, or force majeure event.

The service delivered materially fails to match the description provided at the time of purchase, you have not consumed bandwidth, and replacement traffic or service credit would not be a reasonable remedy.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

You have started transmitting or receiving data through the proxy network, generated proxy credentials, used the API, activated a plan, consumed bandwidth, or otherwise received material benefit from the purchased allocation.

More than 3 calendar days have passed since the purchase date, unless mandatory law requires another rule.

Your Account has been suspended, limited, or terminated due to prohibited use, abuse complaints, fraud signals, chargebacks, sanctions risk, KYC refusal, false information, unpaid fees, or any violation of the Terms of Service.

The Subscription Plan has already expired.

Service quality concerns are caused by third-party ISPs, upstream providers, target websites, anti-abuse systems, captcha systems, blacklists, fraud-score databases, IP reputation databases, DNS databases, browser fingerprints, or software outside our control. We do not guarantee connection speed, target-site acceptance, exact IP reputation, blacklist status, fraud-score results, captcha absence, ASN or city database accuracy, or third-party provider performance.

Incompatibility of your software, browser profile, automation tool, script, device, network, target website, or configuration with the Platform is not grounds for a refund.

Promotional credits, trial allocations, bonus bandwidth, free or complimentary traffic, referral rewards, manual goodwill adjustments, wrong-network crypto payments, underpayments, expired invoices, chargeback-related fees, and funds linked to abuse or Terms violations are non-refundable and may be deducted, reduced, expired, removed, or revoked at any time at our discretion, unless we decide otherwise or mandatory law requires it.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, send an email to support@jetproxy.io with your Account email, a description of the issue, and any relevant transaction identifiers.

Refund decisions are typically made within 1 business day after we receive enough information, but complex payment, abuse, compliance, provider, or crypto cases may take longer. The actual transfer of funds may take up to 14 calendar days or longer depending on the payment method and provider.

Approved refunds are normally returned via the original payment method where possible. We may deduct non-recoverable payment processor fees, bank fees, network fees, chargeback costs, bonuses, consumed traffic, or credits already provided, unless prohibited by mandatory law.

5. Final Provisions

By purchasing a digital proxy service that can start immediately, you request immediate performance and acknowledge that, where permitted by law, cancellation or withdrawal rights may be lost once the service begins, bandwidth is allocated, credentials are generated, or traffic is used. Nothing in this Policy excludes mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Platform. Opening an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting support may be treated as a breach of the Terms of Service and may result in suspension, termination, loss of credits or rewards, and recovery of fees or costs.
