Terms of Service

Last updated: June 3, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Jetproxy, a residential proxy platform operated by JETPROXY LTD, a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales under company number 17181429, with its registered office situated in England and Wales ("Jetproxy", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), through the website jetproxy.io and related dashboards, APIs, tools, and support channels (the "Platform"). By creating an account, clicking to accept these Terms, purchasing a plan, or using the Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept any provision, you must stop using the Platform immediately.

1. Definitions

"Account" — the set of credentials and data associated with a registered user in the Platform, including login information, usage statistics, payment history, and referral data.

"Subscription Plan" — a specific set of terms under which you gain access to residential proxies, including pricing, bandwidth limits, session types, geographic targeting, and billing period.

"Residential Proxy" — a proxy connection routed through a real IP address assigned by an Internet Service Provider, allowing regional browsing, testing, and permitted workflows from a chosen geographic location.

"Services" — the Platform, proxy access, dashboard, API, documentation, support, billing, referral features, and any related tools we make available.

"Traffic" or "Bandwidth" — the amount of data transfer made available under a Subscription Plan, trial, promotion, top-up, or manual allocation.

2. Account Registration

To begin using the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing a valid email address and password, or by authenticating through a supported third-party provider (e.g., Google).

You are fully responsible for ensuring that the information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. You must update your information promptly if it changes.

You must not share your login credentials, proxy credentials, API keys, dashboard access, invoices, wallet details, or payment credentials with unauthorized persons. You bear full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether authorized by you or not.

If you believe your Account security has been compromised, you must change your password immediately and notify us without delay.

We may refuse registration, reject onboarding, limit features, suspend access, or close an Account where reasonably necessary to protect the Platform, other users, suppliers, payment processors, legal compliance, our reputation, or our business interests.

You represent that you are at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into these Terms, and not prohibited from using the Services under applicable law. If you use the Platform on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

You are responsible for all users, team members, API keys, sub-users, devices, scripts, browsers, automations, and software that access the Platform through your Account, including any unlawful, harmful, negligent, or excessive use by them.

3. Services

The Platform provides access to a network of residential proxies in multiple countries. Through the dashboard, you can select geographic targets (country, city, ISP, ASN), configure session type (rotating or sticky), and generate proxy credentials.

Proxies support HTTP, HTTPS, and SOCKS5 protocols and are compatible with standard browsers, QA tools, permitted data collection pipelines, automation tools, and other standard software.

Some features of the Platform may require you to adjust your network or browser settings. Detailed instructions are provided in the documentation section.

We use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the Services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, upstream provider outages, network failures, and force majeure events may affect availability.

Proxy availability, speed, exact location, ISP or ASN matching, IP reputation, blacklist status, fraud-score results, captcha frequency, sticky-session duration, DNS behavior, and access to third-party websites may vary and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in a specific plan.

We may change, replace, rotate, limit, throttle, block, or discontinue specific proxy pools, locations, protocols, features, integrations, or destination categories when required for security, compliance, quality, supplier availability, abuse prevention, legal risk, or business reasons.

4. Fees and Payment

Access to the proxy network requires purchasing a Subscription Plan or other paid allocation. Available plans, pricing, limits, renewal terms, and features are displayed in the Platform and may change for future periods after publication.

All fees are charged in advance unless a plan expressly states otherwise. Payment is processed through third-party payment providers, and you are responsible for provider fees, bank fees, network fees, currency conversion, failed payment costs, and processing delays outside our control.

Subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before renewal. Crypto payments generally require manual payment and do not create an automatic debit unless a supported provider expressly offers it.

Unused bandwidth does not carry over to the next billing period unless the specific plan expressly allows rollover. Trial, promotional, bonus, and manually adjusted traffic has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, exchanged, transferred, or refunded.

VAT, sales tax, withholding tax, duties, or other applicable levies may apply depending on your jurisdiction or business status. You are responsible for determining and paying any taxes required by law.

We may reject any order, payment, renewal, top-up, account balance use, or refund request if we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, chargeback risk, sanctions risk, illegal use, payment processor restrictions, or a violation of these Terms.

Trials, promotional credits, bonus traffic, discounted allocations, free traffic, goodwill traffic, and other complimentary traffic are provided under the conditions shown in the Platform and are non-refundable unless we expressly state otherwise. To the extent permitted by law, we may reduce, expire, remove, or revoke any free or complimentary traffic at any time at our discretion, with or without notice and without compensation, including for abuse prevention, fraud prevention, compliance, provider limits, account risk, or business reasons.

Additional traffic, top-ups, reserve allocations, or manual adjustments may be applied asynchronously after payment confirmation, fraud screening, compliance review, or provider replenishment. The dashboard and our internal records are the authoritative source for your current entitlement, usage, and adjustments.

For cryptocurrency payments, the full invoice amount must arrive on the correct network and address before access is granted. Network fees, exchange fees, wrong-network transfers, underpayments, overpayments, expired invoices, wallet mistakes, and rate fluctuations are your responsibility unless we decide otherwise. If the received amount is below the invoice value, we may require a gross-up payment before activation.

5. Refunds

No refunds are provided for cancelled, expired, suspended, or terminated Subscription Plans, except at our sole discretion and in accordance with the Refund Policy published separately on the Platform. Where appropriate, we may provide replacement traffic, service credit, or a partial refund as the primary remedy.

If you choose to cancel your subscription, you remain responsible for doing so in a timely manner. All charges incurred prior to cancellation are final. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

6. Referral Program

Every registered user may participate in the Referral Program by sharing their unique referral link. Rewards are credited when a referred user registers and purchases a Subscription Plan.

All referral activity is tracked by our internal system, which is the sole authoritative source for calculating rewards. We are not required to disclose anti-fraud logic, scoring, thresholds, or manual review criteria.

We may withhold, reduce, reverse, or cancel rewards obtained through fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, artificial, incentivized, abusive, or non-compliant means, including bot registrations, device emulators, self-referrals, duplicate accounts, chargeback users, or low-quality traffic.

Reward amounts, payout schedules, and eligibility criteria are published in the Account dashboard and may be updated by us at any time.

You agree to promote the Platform honestly and not to make misleading claims, promise unlawful use cases, impersonate us, misuse our brand, send spam, or use methods that could damage our reputation. Referral abuse may result in forfeiture of rewards and Account termination.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree that you will not use the Platform for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.

It is strictly prohibited to use the Platform to launch DDoS attacks, distribute malware, send spam, or engage in any activity designed to disrupt networks or services.

You may not use the Platform to exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit minors in any way.

You may not use the Platform to infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy, or any other rights of third parties.

You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any technical restrictions of the Platform.

You may not impersonate us, our employees, or other users.

You may not use the Platform to perform credential stuffing, account takeover, phishing, card testing, payment fraud, identity fraud, unauthorized vulnerability scanning, or unauthorized access to systems or data.

You may not use the Platform to scrape, collect, process, or transmit personal data in violation of applicable privacy, data protection, platform, or contractual rules.

You may not use the Platform to bypass access controls, rate limits, sanctions, export controls, geo-restrictions imposed by law, or restrictions imposed by a website, platform, network, financial institution, government service, authentication system, or abuse-sensitive destination in a way that is unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or unauthorized.

You may not resell, sublicense, share, lease, or otherwise provide access to the Services to third parties unless we expressly authorize it in writing or in the relevant plan.

Any violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your Account without refund.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all associated services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure at all times.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted access, exact geo-location, IP reputation, target-site access, specific browser-profile compatibility, blacklist status, fraud-score results, or suitability for any specific workflow. Any proxy plans are purchased at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, replacement costs, or losses caused by third-party websites, software, providers, or payment systems.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for actions, omissions, restrictions, outages, blocks, policy decisions, fees, or delays of third-party service providers, including upstream proxy suppliers, network carriers, hosting providers, payment processors, analytics providers, communication tools, target websites, or external APIs.

We are not liable for incorrect payments, failed payments, crypto losses, underpayments, overpayments, wrong-network transfers, delays, account compromise, or losses resulting from inaccurate information, insecure credentials, software behavior, or instructions provided by you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Jetproxy Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, suppliers, and payment partners from any claims, damages, penalties, fines, chargebacks, legal costs, investigation costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, your data processing activities, or activity through your Account.

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims related to the Platform shall not exceed the lower of the fees you paid to us for one Subscription Plan during the period in which the breach occurred or the fees paid in the one month before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited.

10. Intellectual Property

The Platform, its content, design, code, and all related materials are our exclusive property and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights or license to use our trademarks, logos, or proprietary content beyond what is necessary for normal use of the Platform.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate your Account if we determine that you have violated these Terms, provided false or incomplete information, created legal or payment risk, triggered abuse complaints, harmed the Platform, damaged our reputation, or created risk for users, suppliers, payment processors, or third parties.

You may delete your Account at any time, provided you have no outstanding obligations. Obligations arising prior to termination survive until fully discharged.

Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform, including distribution of referral links.

We may suspend access, limit traffic, disable API keys, block proxy generation, freeze balances, withhold referral rewards, or terminate the Account immediately if we detect abuse, unpaid fees, chargebacks, compromised credentials, sanctions risk, legal risk, security risk, KYC refusal, or a request from an upstream provider, payment processor, authority, law enforcement body, regulator, rights holder, affected network, or affected third party.

Suspension or termination for breach of these Terms does not entitle you to a refund and does not release you from obligations that accrued before suspension or termination, including unpaid fees, taxes, chargeback costs, payment processor penalties, investigation costs, and indemnity obligations.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version on the Platform. The revised Terms take effect upon publication.

By continuing to use the Platform after changes are published, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the Platform.

13. Compliance Reviews and Restricted Destinations

The Platform is designed for lawful business, research, security, QA, advertising, analytics, and automation use cases. We may require additional information, identity or company verification, source-of-funds information, use-case explanation, sanctions screening, or compliance review where required by law, payment processors, upstream providers, abuse signals, chargeback risk, or security concerns.

We may block or restrict access to certain domains, categories, protocols, countries, networks, or use cases, including government, military, education, financial, banking, payment, healthcare, authentication, login, high-risk, sanctioned, adult, gambling, marketplace, social-platform, or abuse-sensitive destinations.

You may request access to a restricted destination by explaining the purpose and lawful basis of use. We may approve, deny, revoke, or condition such access at our discretion and may request additional information.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all laws, regulations, contracts, website terms, and data protection obligations applicable to you and your end users.

14. Third-Party Services and Upstream Providers

The Services may depend on upstream proxy suppliers, data centers, network carriers, payment processors, analytics providers, communication tools, compliance vendors, and other third-party services. Their terms, restrictions, downtime, compliance decisions, capacity shortages, location availability, pricing changes, or technical limitations may affect the Platform.

Links, integrations, or references to third-party products are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for target websites blocking proxies, changing access rules, presenting captchas, rejecting traffic, or taking action based on your activity or their own anti-abuse systems.

15. Confidentiality and Security

Each party must protect non-public information received from the other party and use it only as necessary to perform, support, investigate, protect, or enforce these Terms, except where disclosure is required or reasonably necessary for law, a court, regulator, payment processor, upstream provider, professional adviser, security investigation, abuse complaint, or corporate transaction.

You must keep your password, two-factor authentication codes, API keys, proxy credentials, invoices, wallet details, and dashboard access secure. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.

Support messages, abuse reports, billing records, security logs, dashboard access logs, operational records, and compliance records may be stored and reviewed to provide support, prevent abuse, investigate incidents, respond to disputes or chargebacks, comply with legal obligations, and protect the Platform. Details are described in the Privacy Policy.

16. Notices, Complaints, and Support

We may send notices through the dashboard, email, support chat, Telegram support, or other contact channels linked to your Account. You are responsible for keeping your contact information current and checking spam or filtering settings.

Notices are considered received when displayed in the Platform or 24 hours after being sent to the latest contact information associated with your Account, unless mandatory law requires another rule.

Support responses, documentation, and recommendations are provided for operational assistance only and do not constitute legal, tax, security, or business advice.

17. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, plan terms, invoices, acceptable-use rules, compliance notices, and any rules displayed in the Platform, form the agreement between you and Jetproxy Ltd regarding the Services.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, reorganization, sale of assets, or change of service operator.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

The English version of these Terms prevails over translations in case of inconsistency. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, these Terms and any non-contractual obligations are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes shall be resolved by good-faith negotiation first and then by the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.

18. Contact

If you have questions, concerns, or feedback regarding these Terms, please contact us at hello@jetproxy.io or support@jetproxy.io.

We will review your inquiry and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
